Key Responsibilities:
- Open all types of accounts for members
- Answer questions and provide assistance with various services
- Offer outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner
- Help create a welcoming environment for all members
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to handle direct member contact in a professional way
